- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
- If you place an order after 2:00 PM CST, it will be processed the next business day.
- For custom or personalized jewelry (if applicable), processing time may extend to 3–5 business days—we will notify you of any delays via email.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package or product, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the damage and the shipping box. We will arrange for a replacement or refund (per our Return & Refund Policy).
- Lost Packages: For domestic orders marked as “in transit” for more than 7 business days (Standard Shipping) or 3 business days (Expedited Shipping), or international orders marked as “in transit” for more than 21 business days (Standard) or 7 business days (Expedited), please contact us to initiate a lost package claim. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
